What is Energy Healing?

In its different modalities, energy healing is an alternative and/or complementary therapy.  Energy practitioners use diverse methods to modify and manipulate the flow of energy within the body with the intention of removing blockages, realigning, replenishing, and stabilizing the amount and the quality of energy in and around the body.

Most complementary and alternative therapies work on an energetic level - indeed the physical body is energy vibrating at a slower frequency which is denser and therefore materially visible.  "Spiritual energy" operates at even higher and faster vibrations than that of the physical body and aura, so it can move through all parts of the human energy fields removing blockages and promoting healing.  The source of this higher spiritual energy can be described in various ways, depending upon what you are happy to accept - God, The Source of All That Is, the Universe, or you may think of it as your Soul or Higher Self which can help and heal you if you seek it.  In fact, this higher spiritual energy works not only on your physical body but also on your etheric, astral, emotional, mental, and causal bodies which make up the total Being that is YOU.

Even though Energy Healing is an emerging form of complementary and alternative therapy, it is not a modern concept or approach to health and vitality and its origins are found throughout the ancient world. This form of healing is noted in Christianity as well as other Western and Eastern religions.  Energy work was part of many early approaches to medicine and early medical practitioners believed that when the energy within the body was out of balance or stuck, the person became ill because energy must be able to flow.  Stagnate (blocked) and deplete energy causes all manner of symptoms and dis-[ease].   

In Asian countries, medical people felt the only way to a healthy body was by correcting energy imbalances and discord.  China, India and Japan, for example, developed entire medical systems based upon energies within the body and the belief in the role of energy is not restricted to just the physical body.  Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioners have always perceived the energy (Chi) as having a wholistic impact.  In other words, the quality and amount of energy found circulating within your body affects and reflects your emotional, mental and spiritual well-being in addition to the condition of the physical body, therefore the flow of energy is not restricted to only your physical health. 

It is commonly understood in alternative practices that energy imbalances are the precursor to manifesting all physical disease, so it is very well that energy healing is a wholistic approach to health.  Energy healing can be hands on, hands off, in person and remote between the Practitioner and Client.

Psychic Reading & Healing - Finding Your Own Divinity Through "Soul Work". 

Healing is not "curing".  Healing comes from the Old English word 'haelen' meaning "Wholeness".  Healing is "Wholeness" and I believe it is also "Truth", Restoring each Soul to the Truth of their own Divinity.  In my practice I use a combination of Readings, Energy and Sound Healings, and Spiritual Development techniques that provide you with the most depth and breadth for self-discovery, soul embodiment, spiritual development, and lasting healing (wholeness) on every level.  My goal is not to keep you coming back to me week after week for months but to help you finally uncover the real you without the layers of programs and years of blockages that keep you cycling and struggling around and around through the same old unidentified, unhealed, and unhealthy patterns that limit you day in and day out.  My approach and techniques 'get to the heart of the matter' in order for you to feel the way you are meant to feel - whole mind, body, and soul.  Who we really are is eternal, is flawless, and is ONE with everything - a Perfect Soul having a perfect Soul Experience.  Let me help you quickly and easily bring out the Light and Love of your Divine Self not just for you but for you to share your true nature with the world - mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually healthier and feeling whole.  

 Your first appointment may run longer than one hour depending on what is brought through.  The cost is $90.00 for the first hour and I charge on a sliding scale for time over the first hour.  This work reveals for you the "big rocks" that limit you in life.  What I am shown and what is unveiled is unique for each person and can range from every kind of trauma imaginable, both imposed by others and self-imposed.  I am shown energy field issues, soul fragmentations, attachments, disincarnate Beings, past life impacts, genetic and physical problems, collective programs, to anything else you can imagine.  The things that are shown to me will be all about what is most immediate and impactful to you now and what will give you the best and broadest outcomes for true health and healing.  It is the springboard for your Soul's Evolution.   

As an example of an in-person appointment with me, I start with a Reading of you and your field in order to find out what your biggest blockages and impediments are.  I may then work with you to confirm the results using your own body to muscle test for clarifications followed by removals and sometimes replacements of attachments and programs, and then more muscle testing for confirmations of changes in your field.  This is an involved process so you can see why some appointments run long.  Or as another example depending on what the Guides provide, we may spend a lot of time talking about your Reading, how you manage/mis-manage energies and what that stems from; and most often the Guides provide a unique 'Healing Plan' to clear the energies and recalibrate your field and programs.   At times the Guides will want me to teach you how to Ground, teach you about your energetic system, draw or show you pictures to assist with your understanding, give me books or podcasts from specific teachers for you to listen to, provide practices for you to perform at home, or instruct me to facilitate energy healing in my office or refer you to another form of energy healing, e.g. Acupuncture.  I may perform Chakra Reading/Balancing using a pendulum, then use hands-on or sound/frequencies for energy release and balancing.  I may guide your attention to help you learn to sense and flow energies in the body (assisted) using our breath, etc.  I also work with crystal singing bowls and tuning forks to provide proper resonance for expedient energy release and harmonization where difficult imbalances pervade your body/field.  This work is as unique as each person and each person's plan for wholeness is perfectly shown and laid out to me to get the greatest and fastest healing and direction. 

I can also do Readings and provide Healing/Healing Plans remotely and/or via Zoom.  If local or in central Ohio I prefer to work with you in person however, remote Readings/Healings are also effective.

I receive rave responses from my clients who confirm their results are dramatic, their Consciousness Expanded, and their lives are changed for the noticeable better; and that is why I do this work.  Don't suffer alone or with traditional approaches that only address symptoms or one aspect of Being.  We are a wholistic energetic Being and need approaches that bring real healing ("Wholeness").

ThetaHealing® (Advanced DNA Certified Practitioner)

ThetaHealing technique is an energy healing modality that uses meditation and spiritual philosophies to connect to a higher spiritual power, 'The Source of All That Is' in order to identify and remove limiting beliefs and low vibrational attachments that cause disharmony and disease. ThetaHealing then replaces those discordant energies with healthy, loving, and natural beliefs and feelings from The Creator which bring about health and harmony in your Total Being.

ThetaHealers® are practitioners who are taught to go into a Theta brainwave state, merge with The Source of All That Is, obtain personal readings and identify unconscious beliefs and unwanted energies held in and around the body. The Practitioner facilitates and guides changes needed for the individual to either heal or correct undesirable energies. Issues and changes are muscle tested to confirm the Practitioner is working to achieve real change for the client. In ThetaHealing the client works with the ThetaHealer practitioner in the unfoldment and change process, the client is always learning more about oneself and their real health on every level.

REIKI (Master Teacher)

Reiki can be explained in three ways:  as a word, as an energy, and as a holistic healing system.

REIKI AS A WORD (pronounced "RAY KEE") is a Japanese word which is most often translated as "universal life-force" energy".  "Rei" can be translated as "soul", "spirit", "wisdom", "divine", "essence", "sacred", or "mysterious power".  "Ki" refers to "life-force energy" and can translate as "cosmic" or "universal energy"

REIKI AS AN ENERGY is "spiritual energy" as referred to above.  "Ki" refers to life-force energy which you may have heard otherwise named "Chi" or "Qi" (as in Tai Chi or Qi Gong), or "Prana" from India where it is a central concept in Yoga and Ayurveda.  These words all signify a vital, life-sustaining energy which is believed to flow throughout the human body and throughout all living things through a network of fine subtle channels called meridians, as well as flowing outside of physicality as an energy field called an aura.  "Ki' operates at high vibrations and fast frequencies which make it difficult to see, but it can be detected by various forms of electromagnetic equipment, and identifying and removing blockages in its flow has for centuries been central to the practice of acupuncture.

REIKI AS A HOLISTIC HEALING SYSTEM was originally devised by a Japanese priest, Dr. Mikao Usui, in the early part of the twentieth century.  Reiki is a healing process that can benefit anyone in the normal course of their life and may help and comfort people suffering from a range of ill health conditions.  As a natural form of healing Reiki can support and enhance other forms of medical treatment.  The most common way of experiencing Reiki is by receiving a Reiki treatment where the recipient remains fully clothed and lies on a massage table or sits in a chair and relaxes.  There is no pressure, massage, or manipulation and the whole person is treated rather than specific symptoms.  Reiki is holistic because it affects the whole person - body, mind and spirit - encouraging deep relaxation and a sense of well-being, assisting the physical body's own healing ability to operate more effectively and efficiently. 

On a Physical Level Reiki supports and accelerates your body's own natural ability to heal itself, usually alleviating pain and relieving other symptoms while helping the body rid itself of poisons and toxins.  It balances and harmonizes the body's energy field, promoting a sense of wholeness, a state of wellness, and overall feeling of well-being.  Reiki also helps you develop a greater awareness of your body's real needs such as good nutrition and regular exercise.

On an Emotional Level Reiki inspires you to examine your emotional responses, encouraging you to let go of negative emotions such as anger or resentment, and promote the qualities of love, caring, sharing, trust, and good will.  It may also help you channel emotional energy into creativity.

On a Mental Level Reiki leads to a state of deep relaxation, releasing stress and tension.  It supports you in letting go of negative thoughts, concepts, and attitudes, replacing them with positive thoughts, peace, and serenity.  It may also help you with enhanced intuitive abilities and encourage you to pursue your personal potential through greater insight and self-awareness.

On a Spiritual Level Reiki helps you to accept and love your whole self and foster a nonjudgmental approach to humanity, allowing you to accept others as beautiful pure soul energy embodied as a human being.  Reiki promotes the qualities of love, compassion, understanding and acceptance.  It encourages you on your individual path toward personal growth and spiritual development.

MULTI-DIMENSIONAL HEALING (Master)

Multi-Dimensional Healing is a modality received by my Master Teacher Jessica Noel after prayer and meditation on how she could best serve others through her healing work. 

Multi-Dimensional Healing works on multiple levels. This type of healing addresses not only the physical body, but also the emotional, mental, and causal bodies.  Alignment through balance and healing of all of these bodies is necessary in order for a complete healing to occur. If only the physical or only the emotional, causal, or mental is addressed, then recurring issues will continue.  If you have had chronic issues with areas of physical pain or an illness or are experiencing negative emotions, fear, trauma symptoms, emotional or behavioral patterns, addictions, feelings of being stuck, or simply desire balance and alignment to move to the next level of your evolution or spiritual journey then this service is for you. This modality dissolves and rewires patterns in the physical, emotional, and mental bodies, as well as dissolves karmic residues which frees you from the karmic cycle. This translates to a profound healing and transformative effect in your life in all areas.  MDH can be called "the new medicine". 

The picture below shows the soul embodiment pathway, often referred to as ascension.  The image of this person/soul at the bottom is surrounded by the violet flame. The violet flame represents purification and transmutation. As you can see, this purification and transmutation has to occur first, before the embodiment or ascension to the higher vibratory levels or planes can occur.  This healing modality does exactly that.  It purifies and transmutes those patterns, traumas, negative emotions, and disqualified energies and creates healing, balance, and harmony in all of the layers (physical, emotional, mental, and causal) so that the individual soul can elevate vibrationally and embody higher levels of their soul, or God/Source (ascension). Vibrating to these higher planes of existence allows the person to be in the world, but not of the world.  No longer pursued by the three fold suffering: physical, mental, and spiritual; manifested through disease from psychological inadequacies or complexes (and emotional pain), and in soul-ignorance.   

Free at last to know their true selves, existing in a state of love and bliss regardless of the happenings of the material world.
